Procedure of Degree Attestation from B.I.S.E., IBCC & HEC
1. Verify your Matriculation and Intermediate degree from related education board. Fee of one degree Rs.370/- and two degrees fee aggregated Rs.670/-. Duration of verifying the degrees is 24 hours (if you submit today then very next you will collect them).
2. After verifying from education board then verify from IBCC (Inter Board Committee of Chairman ) a central office of education boards in a province. Fee of Rs.200/- will be charged for attestation of each original certificate /document. Fee of Rs.100/- will be charged for attestation of each photo copy of original certificate/document.
3. Fee deposited in the Bank is non-refundable.
4. Time for furnishing Application Forms is from 0815 hrs to 1200 hrs on all working days except Fridays. On Fridays it is from 0815 hrs to 1030 hrs.
5. Delivery Time (next day after the day of deposit) on all working days except Fridays from 0815 hrs to 1300 hrs. On Fridays it is from 0815 to 1100 hrs.
6. Visiting Hours from 1100 hrs to 1200 hrs on all working days except Fridays. On Fridays visiting hours are from 1030 hrs to 1130 hrs.
IBCC Documents Requirement
7. Original and photocopy of each certificate/diploma/Sanad to be attested.
8. Copy of National Identity Card or Form B.
9. Two Passport size photo graphs.
10. Original Fee Challan. Please deposit Rs.200/- for each original certificate and Rs.100/- for each photocopy.

12. After this procedure make photo copies of all four documents Matriculation, Intermediate, BS (4 Years) Transcript, BS (4 Years) Original degree (Matriculation and Intermediate copies only for HEC record but above inter all degrees for attestation from HEC for which they charge so dispatch number of copies of higher education degrees which you want to attest).
13. Fee of HEC for each degree attestation is Rs.200/- and each photo copy attestation Rs.100/-.
14. You can personally do this procedure by going to Islamabad. But FedEx is more convenient way who is responsible of all post procedure. Fee or FedEx is Rs.300/-.
15. All due need to submit to FedEx (only Ghalib Market Gullberg-III Lahore office provide this service)
16. Note: - HEC only attest degrees BS, MS (MPhil) and Phd.
Procedure of Degree Equivalence from HEC
What is Degree Equivalence?
When ever any one goes abroad for higher studies, HSMP etc. then officials of this particular country require all credentials which meet to international education standard. For this purpose must to take equivalence from the Higher Education Commission of you country. They have issued a letter which described about you credentials that they meet to international standard. E.g. BS (Hones) 4 Years = Two years BSc. + Two years MSc.
1. First of all verify your Matriculation and Intermediate degrees from Education Board which issued your degree and from IBCC as first and second steps in above procedure.
2. Take all of your degrees (Matriculation, Intermediate, BS (4 Years) Transcript, and BS (4 Years) Original Degree) and go to HEC regional office in the province (In Punjab HEC regional office in Ghalib Market Gullberg-III Lahore) with one photo copies of all documents or credentials, also original CNIC and it photo copy.
3. HEC officials observe all documents original and photocopies and issue a statement that these all documents are original so issue him/her Equivalence of the degree.
4. Then you will send all these photocopies which regional office attested (not original documents) to HEC Islamabad through TCS.
Note: - Don’t send you original documents for equivalence purpose only photocopies need to send.
5. Fee for Equivalence in Rs.200/-. Make a bank draft of Rs.200/- from any bank (preferred Habib Bank Ltd.) and dispatch with the documents.

1. 2 photocopies of Matriculation and 2 Photocopies of Inter from IBBC
2. Three photocopies of Bachelor and master from HEC
