Refusal Appeal Procedure

APPEAL PROCEDURE:
After getting your passport with refusal letter.
Contact to your case officer (Discuss several times how to find your
case officer). Contact and inform that you are sending scan copies of your
1. Appeal letter
2. Bank Statement
3. Bank Letter (Letter from Bank Manager about your account)
and ask if your case officer said to post and fax them as well.
Note : Be in touch with your case officer, Follow up on telephone after sending email.

Don't forget to CC email to Embassy of Sweden, Islamabad

For safe side also courier and Fax all above documents one day before
to embassy (for verification purpose).

APPEAL FORMAT:
Write simple, grounds of appeal must be clear
