After Arrival

Finally Arrival
So finally arrived to the destination, Great  There are some Pakistani students studying in almost all universities in Sweden, and you probably know already that there are Yahoo groups for each university to help new Pakistani students. It is great idea to contact any Pakistani student who is already studying there. If it is possible for him/her to pick you from local bus station, it will be great, otherwise it is still no problem.
Collecting Keys
If you have already arranged the accommodation, (you should have already arrange the accommodation before you arrive), and you have discussed the date to pick the keys from their office, this should be the first thing to do. You will find information offices at bus/train stations. You can go there and ask for the map /bus route to go to the accommodation office, and get the keys.
International Office
In some cases, universities deal with the accommodation. If that is the case, you should have discussed with the international office about the time to pick the keys. You should reach there and pick the keys.
Youth Hostels
For some reasons, you arrived late, or you could not get the keys for your room and also you could not find out any Pakistani student there, still you don’t need to worry at all. You should have some list of Youth Hostels, just go to any youth hostel and relax, because you would be definitely tired of long journey. Next morning/working day you can find the accommodation office etc.
Useful Tips
 Try to keep in touch with any Pakistani student before you arrive. Inform him/her about your arrival time.
 Try keeping some phone number of Pakistani students in that city.
 There are Information centers in every city and on all bus/train stations.
 You should have a list of Youth hostels in your destination city. You can find addresses on internet.
