From Copenhagen Airport By Train:
The trip to Lund is via Malmö central station where you may need to change. You will travel over the Öresund Bridge. Tickets must be bought at the airport, before you get on the train. The ticket office is in the arrivals hall, just before the escalators down to the station. You can buy a ticket all the way to Lund, which will work even if you change trains. You can pay in Euros, Swedish or Danish kronor for your ticket at Kastrup. You can also use a debit/credit card.

The journey time, by the slowest and cheapest train (intercity) is approximately 7 hours to Lund. The X2000 train is faster but costs more money. There is a direct train line and these trains stop at Lund.
